When and Why did you start dancing and when did you start your partnership together?
Anri: I started dancing at the age of 8, when I saw dancing in TV. I did not want to go by myself so I had to convince my friend to come with me.
Kristjan: I started to dance age of 9. My brother was dancing already that time and I thought it looked interesting and I liked the fact that I could dance with girls !
Kristjan and Anri: We started to dance together 9 years ago due to the concerted coach.

When and Why did you start dancing and when did you start your partnership together?
Erik: started in 1981 with lessons at the local dance school in Dedemsvaart. He danced with several ladies and started to dance competitions in his second year. Erik danced at the SOND and one or two competitions at the NADB. With his last partner before he met Karin he danced ballroom in a debutant class and as a latin dancer he got promoted so he had to dress up in a shiny 'blingbling' suit.
Karin: In 1980 Karin had to go to danceclass in Hardenberg together with her sister because it was a part of her upbringing. She really didn't want to go, shy as she was but even after the first lesson the ballroom bug hit her. She also danced with several partners and assisted the teacher for a couple of years. Karin danced a few competitions and she was at the school 6 nights, every week.
